All sales made through umertarpalhouse.com, our physical store, or any other channel are considered final. We do not entertain refund or return requests unless the conditions stated below are strictly met.
2. Eligibility for Return
A return request will only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The item received is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery
- The complaint is reported within 24 hours of delivery â no exceptions
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Clear unboxing video is provided as proof â without video, no claim will be entertained
- The original receipt or order confirmation is presented
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after 24 hours of delivery
- Items purchased on sale or discount
- Items where no unboxing video was recorded
- Custom or made-to-order products including custom size tarpaulins and covers
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- Items where the original packaging is missing or damaged
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued in cash under any circumstances
- Approved refunds will be processed as store credit only, valid for 30 days
- Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team
- Processing time for approved refunds is 7-10 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases
5. Return Process
To initiate a return request, the customer must:

- Send your order number, clear photos, and unboxing video
- Wait for our team’s approval â do not send items back without approval
- Unapproved returns sent back will not be accepted and will not be refunded
6. Fraudulent Claims
Umer Tarpal House reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that appears to be fraudulent, exaggerated, or made in bad faith. Customers found misusing this policy will be permanently blacklisted from all future purchases.
7. Final Decision
All return and refund decisions made by Umer Tarpal House are final and binding. We do not engage in disputes beyond our stated policy.
